This custom home in Wenham, Massachusetts features a thoughtfully designed outdoor environment created by Corliss Landscape and Irrigation. Our team designed and installed all of the landscape and hardscape elements surrounding the property, carefully integrating planting beds, walkways, and outdoor living features to complement the architecture of the home and the natural character of the site.

A comprehensive landscape lighting plan was also developed to highlight key features throughout the property. Strategic lighting was installed to enhance the beauty of the landscape and pool area in the evening hours, providing both visual impact and functional illumination for outdoor spaces used after sunset.

The planting plan was designed with seasonal interest in mind, incorporating a variety of plant species that create a phased bloom cycle throughout the growing season. This approach ensures that different areas of the landscape come to life at different times of the year, providing changing color, texture, and visual interest from spring through fall. Carefully selected evergreen plantings were also incorporated to provide structure and greenery during the winter months, ensuring the landscape maintains year-round appeal.
