- Securing pets and removing personal property from work areas before service begins.
Materials and Natural Variations
Many landscaping materials, including stone, mulch, soil, trees, shrubs, and other plant material, are natural products and may vary in color, texture, size, or appearance. These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Living Plant Material
The health and longevity of trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and other living materials depend on proper watering, maintenance, weather conditions, pests, diseases, soil conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written warranty, Corliss Landscape & Irrigation does not guarantee the survival of living plant material.
Irrigation Systems
While we strive to install and service irrigation systems to professional standards, ongoing performance depends on proper maintenance, seasonal servicing, water pressure, weather conditions, municipal water supply, and customer operation. Routine maintenance is recommended to keep irrigation systems operating efficiently.
